PV Narasimha Rao Medicinal Garden Hosts ‘Aromatic & Medicinal Plants Plantation’ Drive

The ‘Aromatic and Medicinal Plants Plantation’ programme was recently held at the PV Narasimha Rao Medicinal Garden in Tolkata, Moinabad, shining a spotlight on the crucial role medicinal plants play in human health, biodiversity conservation, and ecological balance.

The event emphasized the value of everyday plants like Neem, Tulsi, and Ginger, which have long been pillars of traditional healing systems such as Ayurveda and Siddha. Beyond their therapeutic uses, these plants offer farmers a sustainable income opportunity through cultivation, boosting rural livelihoods.
