Gurave Namaha Program Inspires Teachers in Telangana Through Collaboration, Service, and Sustainability-2025

The Hyderabad Volunteering Management Team, Youth For Seva (YFS), Telangana, successfully organized the latest Gurave Namaha (Inspired Teachers Network) program at the cluster level, creating a meaningful platform for inspiration, learning, and collaboration among educators.

The program was graced by Shri Lakshmi Ji, Principal of Andhra Mahila Sabha Law College, as the Guest Speaker. In her insightful address, she highlighted the pivotal role teachers play in shaping young minds and emphasized the importance of keeping teaching methods simple, engaging, and student-centric.

The event was further energized by vibrant and interactive activities led by Revathi Ji, YFS Advisory Board Member, along with the participating teachers. These fun, team-building exercises fostered active participation and created an atmosphere filled with joy, enthusiasm, and collaborative learning.

A defining highlight of this Gurave Namaha program was its strong commitment to service and sustainability. It was conducted as a Zero-Budget Initiative, with the venue generously provided by G. Narayanamma Engineering College, Hyderabad, Telangana, and food arrangements fully sponsored by dedicated volunteers. Staying true to YFS’s eco-conscious values, the event followed a zero-plastic, eco-friendly approach, using steel plates, glasses, and cutlery.

Teachers shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, appreciating the well-organized program and the valuable insights gained. Many encouraged YFS to conduct similar initiatives more frequently to continue nurturing and empowering the teaching community.

Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the 45 volunteers who personally visited schools to invite teachers and the total of 55 volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Their dedication ensured a seamless experience for the 84 participating teachers, making this Gurave Namaha program truly memorable and impactful.
