Bharti AXA Life Insurance was a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises (a prominent Indian business group) and AXA Group (a global insurance and asset management company based in France). However, in 2021, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance acquired Bharti AXA Life Insurance as part of a strategic partnership and merger.
