N Ayaan Varma Shines at Hyderabad Equestrian Challenge, Wins Jumping CH-1 Open Title
Hyderabad: N Ayaan Varma of Hyderabad Polo Riding Club delivered an impressive performance to clinch top honours in the Jumping CH-1 90 cm Open category at the Hyderabad Equestrian Challenge, held at HPRC on Sunday.
Varma showcased excellent control and precision to secure the top podium finish ahead of Jagadeesh of Archi Horse Riding Academy, who finished second, while Dhanvi Cheruvu of Bhima Flying Sea Stallion claimed third place.
In the Jumping CH-1 90 cm category, S Varma Indukuri of Archi Horse RA emerged victorious, followed by Samara of Billionaire PRC in second place.
The 105 cm Junior category witnessed Khaled Ali of Royal Caballo Club securing first place, with Sauryaram Varma Indukuri of Archi HRA finishing second.
In the 105 cm Open category, Aamir Shahnawaz of HPRC topped the standings, while Mohammed Amaan Ali of Flying Camp Rancho de Caballos secured second place. Shiva Sai of Tyson Ruta finished third.
The 40 cm Under-12 category saw Lehak Mehta dominate the event by claiming the top two positions while representing Billionaire PRC and Royal Caballo Club respectively. Naag Hridhaan Mulugu of Archi HRA secured third place.
In the Under-12 Open category, Faizan Khan of Stallion HRA claimed first place, followed by Teja Dior of Billionaire PRC and Mohammed Amaan Ali of Valor Sport Horses.
The 40 cm Under-14 category was dominated by riders from Archi HRA, with Sauryaram Varma Indukuri finishing first, Penumutchu Arnav Sri second, and Mysha Gupta third.
In the Under-14 Open category, Khaled Ali continued his strong run by claiming another title for Royal Caballo Club. Syed Yahyauddin Ahmed Quadri finished second, while G Sanjay of Archi Horse RA came third.
In the Jumping CH-II 80 cm category, Mysha Gupta riding Agni secured first place, while N Ayaan Varma of HPRC finished second. Samyuktha Lakshmi Vanapalli of HPRC claimed third place.
The Jumping CH-II 80 cm Open category was won by Khaled Ali of Royal Caballo Club, with Ayaan Varma Nadimpalli of HPRC taking second place and Arjun Rai of Telangana Horse Riding Association finishing third.
The event brought together talented riders from several equestrian clubs across Hyderabad and Telangana, highlighting the growing popularity of equestrian sports among young riders in the region.
