TDCX Opens Second Hyderabad Campus, Boosting India’s Global Delivery Hub Status
Hyderabad, Telangana: Global customer experience solutions firm TDCX has opened its second campus in India at Meenakshi Eco Park, Hyderabad, further strengthening the city’s position as a major hub for customer experience, sales, digital support and technology-enabled services.
The new campus comes as TDCX significantly expands its operations in India. The company’s India headcount has grown by more than 600% over the past three years, making India its fourth-largest operations base globally. Hyderabad has emerged as one of TDCX’s fastest-growing locations, driven by its strong technology ecosystem, skilled talent pool and expanding global services sector.
Located within the 6-million-square-foot Meenakshi Eco Park, the new facility has been designed to support TDCX’s continued growth while providing employees with a workplace focused on learning, collaboration and performance.
TDCX India supports leading global brands across digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech and technology. Its teams provide omnichannel customer support and technology-enabled services to clients across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland and North America.
Byron Fernandez, Group Chief Information Officer and EVP, TDCX, said India has moved beyond being viewed primarily as a cost-arbitrage destination. According to him, global companies are increasingly choosing India for its skilled workforce and ability to manage complex workflows at scale.
Ananth Premkumar, Country Director, TDCX India, said Hyderabad has established itself as one of India’s leading centres for technology, innovation and customer experience delivery. He highlighted the company’s ability to build production-ready teams rapidly, with one technology client’s agents being prepared in under six weeks to support faster go-to-market timelines.
TDCX India has also been recognized as a Great Place to Work for three consecutive years, reflecting its focus on employee experience alongside operational performance.
The company said the Hyderabad expansion reflects the growing importance of India as a primary global delivery market. With more than 20,000 employees across 37 locations worldwide, Singapore-headquartered TDCX provides customer experience, sales and digital marketing services, content moderation and other solutions across industries including technology, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, health-tech, media, travel and hospitality.
The new Hyderabad campus is expected to further strengthen TDCX’s delivery capabilities and support its continued expansion in India and global markets.
