No More Interstate Vehicle Hassles: Telangana Integrates Vahan Portal

In a major step toward digital transformation, the Telangana government has integrated its vehicle services with the national Vahan portal, aiming to make vehicle-related processes faster, simpler, and more transparent.

Until now, vehicle owners in Telangana often faced delays and complications during interstate transfers, including multiple visits to RTO offices, paperwork, and manual verification. With this new system, those challenges are expected to disappear.

The Vahan portal acts as a centralized national database for vehicle registration, allowing seamless access to vehicle information across states. This means services like:

Ownership transfer

Address updates

Duplicate registration certificates

Loan (hypothecation) updates

can now be handled digitally without visiting multiple offices.

One of the biggest advantages is smooth interstate vehicle movement. Buyers and sellers no longer need to travel to different states for documentation, as all records are now connected through a unified system.

The move also improves transparency in second-hand vehicle transactions, allowing users to check ownership history, pending dues, and other details easily—reducing the chances of fraud.

In addition, the Telangana government has scrapped the extra 2% lifetime tax on used vehicles, making vehicle transfers more affordable.

Overall, this integration marks a shift toward “One Nation, One Vehicle Database”, helping reduce delays, improve compliance, and enhance convenience for citizens—especially in a fast-growing city like Hyderabad.

Hyderabad to Remain Key Driver of India’s Office Market in 2026

Hyderabad: The city is poised to maintain its status as one of India’s leading commercial real estate hubs in 2026, with both office space demand and supply projected at 10–12 million square feet, according to a report by Colliers.

At the national level, India’s Grade A office market is expected to remain strong, with total demand estimated at 70–75 million square feet and new supply likely to reach 60–65 million square feet in 2026. This growth will be driven by a diversified occupier base, expansion of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and increasing adoption of flexible workspace models.

The report, titled “2026 India Office: Unlocking Agility, Vitality and Flight-to-Quality,” highlights that Hyderabad, along with Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR, will anchor the next phase of growth in India’s office sector. These cities are expected to benefit from strong leasing momentum, consistent supply additions, and sustained occupier interest in premium office assets.

Hyderabad, in particular, continues to stand out due to its robust technology ecosystem, cost competitiveness, and availability of high-quality Grade A office space. These factors have made it a preferred destination for multinational companies, especially GCCs and large corporate occupiers seeking scalable and efficient workspaces.

With steady demand fundamentals and a favorable business environment, Hyderabad is expected to play a pivotal role in shaping India’s commercial real estate landscape in the coming years.

13-Year-Old Hyderabad Student Builds Multi-System AI Architecture Recognised by Government

In a remarkable example of young innovation, a 13-year-old student from Hyderabad is gaining attention in technology and research circles for developing a unique artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Raja Dharma Tej Maddala, a Grade 7 student at Oakridge International School, has designed an original AI framework called Raja MagRex AI™. The project has been officially recognised as an innovation initiative by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

A New Approach to AI Systems

At an age when many students are just beginning to explore coding, Raja is rethinking how AI systems can be structured. Instead of relying on a single large model, his framework is built as a complete ecosystem.

Raja MagRex AI™ consists of:

  • 22 cognitive systems
  • 87 modules
  • 100+ functional features

The system is designed to analyse problems from multiple perspectives before delivering a final response, aiming to improve clarity and decision-making.

Concept of “Artificial Civilisation Intelligence”

Raja introduces a concept he calls Artificial Civilisation Intelligence, inspired by how human societies solve complex problems. Just as experts from different fields collaborate in the real world, his AI framework allows multiple reasoning systems to work together simultaneously.

These systems handle areas such as:

  • Logical reasoning
  • Contextual understanding
  • Analytical evaluation
  • Creative exploration

Their combined insights are then synthesised into a unified output.

The Role of NEURA

At the core of the architecture is a coordination engine named NEURA. It acts as the system’s central controller by:

  • Analysing incoming problems
  • Activating relevant cognitive modules
  • Managing interaction between systems
  • Synthesising final responses

This structured orchestration is intended to make AI decisions more transparent and interpretable compared to traditional models.

Balancing School and Innovation

Raja developed the system while continuing his studies in the IB Middle Years Programme. Managing schoolwork alongside research and system design required strong discipline and time management.

He notes that much of the effort went beyond coding, involving deep conceptual thinking about how different AI systems should interact.

Real-World Applications

Raja MagRex AI™ is being prepared for real-world testing. Potential applications include:

  • Urban planning: Analysing pollution, traffic, and policies to suggest balanced solutions
  • Education: Breaking down complex scientific problems into understandable steps
  • Decision-making: Helping organisations evaluate issues from multiple angles

Future Vision

Raja is currently working on Version 1 of the system, focusing on integrating core modules and refining coordination logic. In the long term, he aims to expand the architecture with more advanced capabilities.

His vision is clear: AI should not replace human thinking but enhance it.

“AI should work alongside humans, helping them understand problems better and make informed decisions,” he believes.

As artificial intelligence continues to shape the future, innovations like Raja’s highlight how the next generation is already contributing fresh ideas to the field.

Hyderabad May Soon Get India’s Longest Tunnel Road

Hyderabad may soon witness a major infrastructure development with the proposal of India’s longest road tunnel. The project aims to improve traffic movement across some of the city’s busiest areas while preserving green spaces and reducing surface congestion.

According to the proposed plan, the tunnel road is expected to connect Biodiversity Park near Raidurg to the Ministers’ Quarters area, passing through important locations such as Durgam Cheruvu Cable Bridge, Sri Peddamma Thalli Temple, KBR Park, Panjagutta (NFCL Junction), Banjara Hills Police Station, and BNR Colony.

One of the key highlights of the project is that a large portion of the route will run underground near KBR Park, helping protect the surrounding environment while enabling smoother traffic flow. The tunnel is designed to reduce travel time between the western IT corridor and central Hyderabad, which currently experiences heavy traffic congestion.

If implemented, the project is expected to significantly ease traffic in major areas like Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, and Panjagutta, while also providing a faster and more efficient route for commuters traveling across the city.

Infrastructure experts believe that such underground road systems could play an important role in future urban mobility planning, especially in rapidly growing metropolitan cities like Hyderabad.
